Delete your Echo account
Echo is operated by Karuwa Apps Pvt. Ltd. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Echo app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Manage account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we delete
When you delete your account, we remove your profile and data stored for your account, including:
- Email and account credentials
- Profile information (such as display name and profile photo)
- Journal entries, sealed letters, and guided journal content
- AI chat conversations and related history
- No-contact streak and check-in data
- Push notification registration for your devices
- Onboarding and app preferences tied to your account
What may be retained
- Information we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons
- Backup copies for a limited period (typically up to 30 days), then deleted
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot identify you
- Subscription and purchase records held by Google Play or Apple (manage those in your store account)
Can't access the app?
Email support@aiecho.live from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
