Echo provides guided reflection and AI-assisted emotional support content. Echo is not a medical provider, therapist, or emergency service.

Content provided by Echo is for informational and self-reflection purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or other professional advice. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services immediately.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Echo. This includes, without limitation:
- Violating laws or regulations.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfering with service performance or security.
- Using Echo to distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
7. AI Use and Identity Handling
Echo may use AI technologies to generate parts of the user experience. We do not share your identity with AI providers for routine AI processing, and we aim to avoid sending direct identifying account details in AI prompts.
8. Intellectual Property
Echo and its content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Echo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Echo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
